Conference Registration Procedure
Submit the form → Transfer the fee using the required payment reference → Receive an invoice later. After submitting the form, please transfer the fee directly to the bank account below. Use the payment reference format in Step 2, including your Paper ID (or N/A) and full name. You do not need to wait for a separate payment notice.
提交注册表 → 按指定格式备注并转账 → 后续统一开票。提交注册表后，请自行向下方指定账户转账缴费，按第 2 步的格式备注论文编号（无则填 N/A）和全名，无需等待另行缴费通知。
Step 1: Submit the Registration Form / 提交注册表
Open the registration form using the button or QR code below and complete the required information, including your full name and affiliation. In “Registration Payment”, read the payment instructions and select “I have read the payment instructions”, then submit the form. This confirms that you have read the instructions; please continue to Step 2 to pay the registration fee.

Step 2: Pay by Bank Transfer / 直接转账缴费
Check the Registration Fees for your registration category and transfer the corresponding amount in CNY to the account below.
请根据下方注册费用表确认自己的注册类别和应缴金额，并直接向以下账户转账（人民币）。

Please include your full name and affiliation in the payment information. Your full name must match the registration form. Use the following payment reference format:

If you do not have a Paper ID, use N/A. Example with a Paper ID: IEEE Satellite 2026 + 123 + John Smith. Example without a Paper ID: IEEE Satellite 2026 + N/A + John Smith. Replace the example details with your own and keep your transfer receipt for payment verification.

注册费发票将由天使传媒（海南）有限公司后续统一开具。请先完成转账缴费；如有开票相关问题，可通过下方会议微信群联系会务组。
